Day Passes and Bookable Rooms

At Summerfield Commons Office Park, we offer flexible drop-in day pass options that can be booked by the hour or for the entire day, allowing you to customize your workspace experience according to your needs. In addition to our coworking spaces, we provide well-equipped conference and event rooms that are ideal for meetings and client gatherings. These versatile spaces are designed to accommodate various group sizes and can be tailored to suit your specific requirements, ensuring a productive and professional environment for any occasion.

Drop-In & Day Passes

  • $8/hr available from 9am-5pm on weekdays

  • Book a desk for the entire day from 9am-5pm for $30

Conference and Event Rooms

  • Conference rooms are available to book online and use even if you are not a member of the park.

  • Currently we have two conference room options with space for 12-16 attendees

  • All of our conference rooms are $45/hr and are first come first serve on bookings.

  • For larger gatherings, up to 50 attendees, we offer the ability to rent our common area in Suite 610 for your event.

  • Event bookings are billed at $100/hr and are subject to the review and approval by the Venture Team.
